This policy explains how shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges work when you shop with Animate Clo.
Shipping Costs Within South Africa
Animate Clo uses Fastway Couriers for deliveries within South Africa.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Free delivery to major cities in South Africa for orders over R899
- Cape Town: R65
- Rest of South Africa: R105
An additional surcharge may apply for deliveries to rural or remote areas. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch orders within three (3) business days of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Cape Town: as fast as 24 hours
- National deliveries: as fast as 48 hours
While delivery times may vary due to courier delays or location, Animate Clo aims to deliver all orders within 7 days of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing
- Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a product is faulty or defective
- Confirmed Refunds will be issued with a 10% service deduction of the full amount.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection once received.
